Description
Smartcoater Evo is the roller coater designed for roller coating panels and flat furniture doors. It is available in a range of configurations: with fixed or self-levelling floating head, with automatic longitudinal and transverse adjustment, ideal for working with panels that are not perfectly calibrated. The applicator rollers and dosing assembly can be fitted with different types of cleaning blades to allow the use of various coatings. Lastly, the Smartcoater Evo control board is equipped with a touch screen for management of all machine parameters.
Configurations
- Smartcoater MF Evo: single head roller coater with reverse doctor roller. The machine is suitable for application of primers and top coats
- Smartcoater 2MF Evo: twin head roller coater with reverse doctor rollers. The machine is suitable for application of primers and top coats.
- Smartcoater SP1 Evo: roller coater/filling machine. This combined roller machine is suitable for roller coating or for application of low-density fillers on porous woods, inlaid panels, paper and irregular veneer joints.
- Smartcoater LaserRoller Evo: LaserRoller twin head roller coater. This machine is suitable for perfectly smooth application of high quantities of primers as well as glossy and matt top coats. It is a valid alternative to curtain coater application.
- Smartcoater M Evo: single head roller coater for application of stains, sealers and primer coatings.
- Smartcoater 2M Evo: twin head roller coater for wet-on-wet application of stains, sealers and primer coatings.
- Smartcoater SP Evo: heavy duty filling machine for application of high viscosity fillers.
- Smartcoater REVERSE Evo: twin head roller coater with second REVERSE application roller, for application of high quantities of high viscosity primer coatings.
- Smartcoater M Evo + Smartwiper 2C: roller staining machine with one staining head and two outfeed brushes for antiquing.
- Smartcoater 2M Evo + Smartwiper 2C: twin head roller staining machine for wet-on-wet application of stains, sealers and primer coatings.
