CEFLA installation completed at Door & Joinery Solutions Ltd.

Delivered in the last week of December 2020, in readiness for the installation in January 2021, the Cefla Mito spraying line is now installed and fully operational at Door & Joinery Solutions Ltd, Burton on Trent site in the East Midlands.

Installation was completed by the UK resident Italian engineer and his team.The build was completed in a few days and the line start up commenced shortly afterwards. The line is equipped with an automatic infeed table with cleaning hood, the Mito 2p with 4 + 4 spray guns connected to the 3 independent spray pumps. The system is equipped with the fast colour change software, a standard installation on the Mito, this enable s a fast colour change, in under 60 seconds, we can also delivery as little as 1ltr of paint at a time. All this combined gives the end user a fast and efficient automated spray system that is easy to use.

The Mito within the line is the flexible, modular oscillating spray machine for small and medium outputs.
MITO is equipped with a high-precession photodiode reading barrier for scanning incoming workpieces. Precise scanning of workpieces’ size and the processing of their position by the control software allows spraying to be optimised, minimising the wastage of paint.
