Founded in 2011 by Managing Director, LFS supplies passive fire protection products and services to the construction industry in both the private and public sectors across London and the South East. The line is equipped to carry 50 bars in total, each one will hold one door and frame set, they will pass through the line under the control of the “queue man” tracking software, so each door set or bar will be monitored to have the correct materials applied and number of coats with no need of human intervention, other than loading or unloading.
Once the components are sprayed they will be automatically loaded into the 17mtrs of hot air drying for the required time. Thereafter they would return into the line for either the second pass or unloading.
